All of our flights are produced at our 500 SQ meter site in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

Our highly-skilled team of Engineers draftsmen, fabricators, welders and CNC Plasma Operators collaborate to produce flights and equipment's to suit any type of industrial machinery, We Manufacture Equipment’s as per DIN and CEMA as well as IS standard, or any custom SIZE and Type as per your requirements,

• Section Screw Flights

Screw Conveyor Flight is individual turns obtain from various grade of steels which are formed into a Left or Right hand helix with the desired Outside Diameter, Inside Diameter and Pitch. There are many type of screw conveyor flights available like, Sectional Screw Flight, Paddle Screw Flight, Cut and Fold Screw Flight, Variable Pitch Screw Flight, Tapered Screw Flight etc. We can provide a wide range of Left or Right hand Sectional Screw Flights or Helix Flights and Ribbon Flights up to 1500mm (60") diameter and up to 2000mm  (80") Pitch and thickness ranging from 2mm to 25mm in a wide variety of materials like :

• Continues Screw Flights.

Helicoid flighting is a continuous length as compared to sectional flight, which consists of individual turns or segments that need to be welded together. Therefore, Helicoid flight lessens the amount of splices required in assembly and welding when compared to sectional flight.

Features : Standard length is 3 meter, can customize from 1 meter to 6 Meter.
